On Aug 22nd, Yangfan signed cooperation agreement with DongXin Software Engineering Company for construction the ERP system.
 According to the agreement, Yangfan Group will bring in softwares, such as shipbuilding logistics management software, production management software and cost management software from Shanghai DongXin Software Engineering co., LTD,  who belongs to Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding co., LTD. DongXin is responsible for planning, implementation and integration the whole project of shipbuilding information. They also need to offer the consultation service for  information development. This project will begin in September as planned.
